May Flowers 🌷 and New Pages 📝 May 05, 2022 |
Hello, I hope you're well - May is here and the flowers are in bloom! 🌸 Apologies for the lengthy silence, but the end of March and April was a busy period during which life took over and kicked our butts. We had two birthdays, a big family trip plus Easter - all to celebrate! 🎉 As you can probably imagine, we baked a lot of hot cross buns in the run up to Easter. As a result, the recipe has been perfected and updated on the website with new photos. We also enjoyed some delicious scones for UK Mother's Day using a super easy recipe - why not try it out for those of you celebrating Mother's Day in May? Take a look below for links to the recipes. To see more recent pages, click here. Personally... 📝We had a lovely Easter celebrating with friends and decided to try something a little different this year. We did a (raw) egg drop from one of our windows, and it was so much fun! 🥚 We each chose our own design, but the only materials allowed were paper, tape and string. I'm pleased to report that my egg survived the drop! This is sure to become an annual tradition... ☺️
